- Is there a link / connection between the belief and emotional clearings?
Yes, this is more of an advanced practice (being able to psychoanalyze and see the connections between beliefs and emotions), but as you proceed, you’ll naturally begin to see connections. Use the Mindful Questioning Process when you’re feeling an emotional trigger to drill down to related beliefs.

Do you have to label an emotion to do an emotional clear on it? Sometimes I’m feeling something, but I don’t necessary know exactly what it is or what limiting belief is creating it.
