When clearing one emotion, I noticed many others there as well. What do I do in situations like this?

When I was trying to think of times I felt judged in my life to clear the ‘fear of being judged’, what I felt was sadness instead of fear (because it made me feel unloved and unworthy as a result).

We list emotional blocks on the emotional clearing worksheet as a reference, but as you are discovering in noticing that you feel sadness more than fear, there may be other emotions linked to that experience/emotional pattern, and those need to be cleared as well (as instructed in the video).

If you feel sadness more than fear, then you will need to also clear the sadness around being judged, which for you may be more of the issue. Everyone is unique, although most people tend to experience strong fear of being judged as well. In the videos, we instruct you to clear all emotions around the emotional event, so in this case, there could be fear, sadness, and potentially even more to clear based on what you find.
