We recommend slowing down for a few days as we recommend in the instructions. As mentioned, these processes are deep; and if you go faster than your system can handle, it can be overwhelming, make you tired, etc., which is why we recommend going slower rather than faster and taking regular breaks. Give it a few days or more to let your system catch up with all the shifts and then when you restart, go slower. Try doing just 1 belief and 1 emotion per day, taking breaks as needed until you calibrate fully to the rhythm that is right for your system.

Also, there a myriad of factors that can influence our mental and emotional state, including, but not limited to: full moons, solar flares and other astronomical activity, other stressful things in your life, the state of the collective consciousness (if you are empathic this is a big one to watch out for), the food you have recently eaten or been eating, medication or supplementation, and on and on. Whether or not you believe in the influence of astrology, there have been well-researched studies that show that there tends to be an increase in emotional agitation unilaterally during full moons and solar flares during the 2 or so days before with full moons and after with solar flares, so if you are clearing in these time frames that could be a co-contaminating factor.

Basically, what we are saying is that it is sometimes tempting to ascribe all changes you are experiencing to the techniques when it is usually more complex than that, and so while yes they do absolutely have powerful influences, often times there is more at foot. Slow down, and you will eventually find the right rhythm for your system.
