Everyone is different and experiences the results of the techniques differently; and on that wavelength, yes this is totally normal. This is a very common experience and many people report the same feeling. This is why it can often help to do them before bed, so you drift off into a deep sleep while everything integrates.

Also, be sure to drink lots of spring or filtered water after the clearings if you get tired as this is often a sign that your body is detoxifying on some level, and water is helpful in supporting the detox process on all levels.
