First of all remember Flow Principle #2: to practice radical acceptance and trust the wisdom of life. You are exactly where you need to be and you are not ‘behind’ so you can let go of that concept. Now, as far as what you can do about it: find a way to integrate the practices and listening to the calls into your life that is most easy and effortless for you—this is why the calls are available in multiple formats. Many people find if they are busy that listening to the audio is easier so they can do it while driving or as they go about their day.

We also highly recommended actually scheduling a time in your calendar and blocking out time for it in your schedule like it was a meeting or important event. Don’t treat the calls as something you will get around to when you have time—mentally make them a priority by scheduling them in and it will make it much easier to do it. And finally, set some kind of accountability partnership with someone in your life who will hold you to it. There are many people in the Facebook Group who will sync up with you for that, so make a post looking for an accountability buddy to help you with this.

The first step in making change is often the hardest, but once the momentum starts it continues like a snowball rolling downhill and gets easier and easier.
