Just relax and don’t rush the process. It could take a while… you can try clearing 3 beliefs/emotions per day if your system can handle it, which will speed up the process. Generally speaking if you do this everyday for 2-4 months, depending on the pace, you should make it through them all or 90% of them.

To put things in perspective, if you were to go through traditional therapy, it could take years or even decades to work through all of these beliefs and emotions effectively on all these levels. And so even though it seems like a lot, it really is very efficient and highly accelerated how we have it organized. If you want, take a break for a few days and then come back to it… this might help you bring fresh energy/motivation.

And finally, remember that every belief you clear decreases struggle and suffering in your life considerably and every belief you program in literally expands your capacity to experience more flow, joy, abundance, success and accelerates the actualization of your dreams and goals.
