Then identify the opposite positive, expansive\/empowering belief(s)<\/strong> from the positive beliefs column of the worksheet\u00a0to replace the limiting belief(s) you are working with and use the <strong>Neural Repatterning Technique<\/strong> to imprint\u00a0and embed these new, positive, expansive beliefs deeply into your consciousness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.\u00a0In the coming hours, days and weeks, <\/strong>keep an eye out for evidence of the new, empowering positive beliefs taking hold and the limiting beliefs falling away.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Other Things to Be Aware Of<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>+ Leave no stone left unturned.<\/strong> Do every belief even on the worksheets, even if you think you don\u2019t have it or it\u2019s not true for you. It&#8217;s often difficult to tell from the perspective of your conscious mind what is what and its better to be thorough than to skip something that you may have but are not aware of.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>+ <\/strong>If you need to shift the phrasing of the limiting or positive belief slightly for it to resonate more deeply or because your native language\u00a0is not English\u00a0you can do so, but be careful not to change the meaning\/intent.<\/strong>\u00a0If\u00a0in doubt, ask us and we&#8217;ll help you figure it out.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>+ <\/strong>You may feel the belief releasing&#8230; or not.<\/strong>\u00a0 If you do not, it&#8217;s perfectly normal and the technique is still having its intended effect. If you are intuitive\/sensitive to energy you may feel things shifting and releasing throughout the process and\/or afterwards.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>+ <\/strong>Be sure to drink lots of fresh, high-quality spring water and get adequate rest after\u00a0working with the techniques.<\/strong>\u00a0This is important to help the body deal with any toxins released as a result of letting go of limiting beliefs as well as to help your body and mind integrate the changes. It may seem simple on the surface, but this is DEEP work and can often surprise you in how powerfully it can affect you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>1.
