Important Guidelines For Working With
Limiting Beliefs and Positive Beliefs

Note: The recommended pace for clearing limiting beliefs is 1-2 per day until you have experience with how the techniques affect you.  After 2 weeks using the techniques, if you feel like you can handle clearing 3-4 limiting beliefs per day, feel free to go at that pace.  Always make sure to give your self 1-2 days off to integrate the shifts every 4-5 days.


How to Clear Limiting Beliefs and Program in Positive Beliefs

1. Using the worksheets provided below, identify one or two beliefs you will be clearing for that day.

2. First, use the Energetic Belief Clearing Technique to clear one of the limiting beliefs on an energetic level.

3. Then use the Sub Occipital Release Technique to clear the same limiting belief on the mental, emotional and physical levels.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the remaining limiting beliefs you are working with in this clearing session.

5. Give yourself a few minutes (1-5 min. is adequate) to integrate the changes in your system from clearing the limiting beliefs before proceeding to step 6 and 7.

6. Then identify the opposite positive, expansive/empowering belief(s) from the positive beliefs column of the worksheet to replace the limiting belief(s) you are working with and use the Neural Repatterning Technique to imprint and embed these new, positive, expansive beliefs deeply into your consciousness.

7. In the coming hours, days and weeks, keep an eye out for evidence of the new, empowering positive beliefs taking hold and the limiting beliefs falling away.

Other Things to Be Aware Of

+ Leave no stone left unturned. Do every belief even on the worksheets, even if you think you don’t have it or it’s not true for you. It’s often difficult to tell from the perspective of your conscious mind what is what and its better to be thorough than to skip something that you may have but are not aware of.

+ If you need to shift the phrasing of the limiting or positive belief slightly for it to resonate more deeply or because your native language is not English you can do so, but be careful not to change the meaning/intent. If in doubt, ask us and we’ll help you figure it out.

+ You may feel the belief releasing… or not.  If you do not, it’s perfectly normal and the technique is still having its intended effect. If you are intuitive/sensitive to energy you may feel things shifting and releasing throughout the process and/or afterwards.

+ Be sure to drink lots of fresh, high-quality spring water and get adequate rest after working with the techniques. This is important to help the body deal with any toxins released as a result of letting go of limiting beliefs as well as to help your body and mind integrate the changes. It may seem simple on the surface, but this is DEEP work and can often surprise you in how powerfully it can affect you.
